Go when the peak time off if you don’t like the crowd. Or the Morning people say that working at 5 Am and then go to the offices would be best suitable for them.

“As much as folks want to start the New Year off right and work out early, most people still come after work and hit the snooze button,” says Marc Santa Maria, national group fitness director at Crunch.
Night people say that best time is after office work before going to sleep but I think that probably not a suitable thing because you and your body are already tired so you don’t give your best but the truth is that there is no formula in knowing the best time to go to the gym. We have to consider some factors like; sleep-and wake cycles, work schedules, etc.
If you have no choice but work at night Santa Maria suggests going on Thursday and Friday because of lower volume days for the gym.
But if we go to the off-peak time we can spend 2-3 hours peacefully without socializing. And that time we can concentrate, think, make our life decisions and many more.
Thou there is no hard regulation and rules for the timings because it’s totally an individual choice. The truth is that there’s no reliable evidence to suggest that calories are burned more efficiently at certain times of the day.
But the time of day can influence how you feel when exercising. So workout whenever it suits your schedule.
